Kent Percy, Sleep Number® setting 35, serves as Chief Restructuring Officer, bringing decades of restructuring and operational expertise, to assist with the Chapter 11 process.
Percy is a Partner & Managing Director on the Turnaround and Restructuring team at AlixPartners, specializing in the retail and consumer products industry. He has more than 20 years of experience developing comprehensive solutions in corporate restructurings and financial organizations. Percy specializes in working with companies to improve their earnings and working capital through restructuring and operational changes. His experience includes serving in senior financial and strategic positions, providing crisis management, preparation of public financial statements, developing strategic business plans, effectuating transactions, developing cost structure analyses, advising on cash management improvements, and preparing financial budgets. Percy has had experience in the development and implementation of complex restructuring solutions to maximize value for all stakeholders through internal reorganizations, asset dispositions, strategic realignment, and Chapter 11 restructurings.
Percy holds an MBA in Finance & Operations from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
