Tanya Skogerboe, Sleep Number® setting 35, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain and Transformation Officer for Sleep Number. In her role, she is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s supply chain operations – from manufacturing to fulfillment – to ensure quality, consistency and efficiency at every step of the customer journey. Skogerboe also oversees the rigorous transformation efforts of the company to get closer to the customer and optimize operations. At Sleep Number, she has held senior leadership positions in services and strategy, customer experience and commercial channel operations.
Prior to joining Sleep Number, Skogerboe served as manager of global sales for Northwest Airlines.
She serves on the Board of Directors of MAKERS Women and Think Small.
Skogerboe holds an MBA with a focus on marketing and strategy as well as an undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
